With a diverse background spanning nearly three decades, Nataša has accumulated extensive experience in roles as an educator, manager, and specialist across various sectors, including public, private, and the third sector. Expertise has been developed in the realms of social work, social inclusion and protection, inequalities, cultivating social capital, cross-sector partnership development, community and rural development, strategic planning, and higher education. Present research interests are centered on social work within communities, the concept of service learning, and the utilization of co-creation as a form of collaborative innovation in the higher education of a new generation of social workers.
